Direct orders (varspo.com). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at sales@varspo.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return or replacement. All direct purchases are additionally covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Amazon orders. Products purchased on Amazon.com follow Amazon's standard return policy and the A-to-z Guarantee. Start a return from Your Orders in your Amazon account.

Damaged or defective items. Email us a photo of the issue and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Response time. We answer support email Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CT, usually within one business day.
